Enroll now in the School of Music for a onetime enrollment fee of just $25.00. Please fill out the entire form and follow the prompts to complete the entire process. Once we recieve your enrollment form and enrollment fee someone will contact you promptly to set up an interview for scheduling with respect to your area(s) of interest.

You must fill out this form in it's entirety and click the "Submit" button below which will take you to the "Payment Page". Next you need to click the "Buy This" button under HOA School of Music section and you will be taken to "Pay Pal" where you will pay the Enrollment Fee. If you do not continue through the entire process your enrollment efforts will fail. Someone will contact you shortly after we receive your online enrollment form.
